So you wanna put a little hair on your chest? We’ve go the sure fire way to show just how many and strong you are. Just a dab of these hot sauces will surely put a bush on any “real” man’s chest. These sauces have astronomically high “scoville units” and are pretty dangerous. This list is not for the faint of heart, so if you think Tabasco sauce is hot, better stick to grandma’s milk and cookies.
1. Blair’s 16 Million Reserve- This killer is the hottest they come. Made of Pure Capsaicin this is by far the winner of everyone’s test. It’s not really a sauce and really isn’t meant to be eaten cause you’ll probably pass out. But due to it’s manly nature it had to be included.

4. Smack My Ass and Call me Sally- Not only is the name great but this sauce is too. It has been featured on “The Today Show” and “Live with Regis & Kelly” and is undeniably one of the hottest condiments in the world.
5.Magma Hot Sauce- 500,000 Scoville rating and a consistency just like magma. The bottle is cool but the sweat dripping off your forehead will be cooler.
6. 357 Mad Dog- Said to cause extreme agony, this sauce will have you crying for your mother about 5 seconds after you take a drop. 357,000 Scoville units and 20 minutes of pure pain.
7.Possible Side-Effects- This sauce apparently has possible side-effects, like heat induced hallucinations. It’s seriously hot.
8.Dave’s Ultimate Insanity Sauce- Hotter than its counterpart just plain old insanity sauce this one tips the scale of sane.
9. Da Bomb Ground Zero- 234,000 scoville units of pain and a flavorful pleasure. Made with pure habanero pepper.
10. Mad Dog’s Inferno Reserve- Great taste and incredible heat. This sauce packs a good punch and is sure to get your mouth burning.
Remind yourself when getting these hot sauces that regular Tabasco sauce is about 2,140 scoville units. The lowest on our list is about 150,000. These sauces are definitely not for little boys but are sure to have you screaming for your mother after just one drop.
