Bill Hader as "Buffalo Bill" from Silence Of The Lambs is hilarious.  Then toss in Jason Sudeikis as the dickhead sensei from Karate Kid and you've got yourself a really funny sketch.  A lot of people have been ragging on SNL the past few years, but when you watch it on a regular basis, you realize there have been some awesome sketches, and Bad Guys And Good Conversation is a good example.
