It's just weird watching people talk about douching, since we've turned the word into an adjective reserved for the people of our society whom we hate intensely.  But prior to that, douching was popular among women for cleaning...themselves...?  Was it ever POPULAR?  Let's hope not. 

This ad, clearly from around 15-22 years ago is all like "Yeah, you douche all the time.  So why not douche the RIGHT way?"  It makes you sort of sad when you realize these women probably spent lots of money on acting school,  only to be offered small roles in commercials for douche products.  But to be fair, they probably never spent another dime on douches.  Massengil treats their actors the right way.
