We want to start December off right - with a shot. And follow it with some hot chocolate to keep us warm.

The shots are easy enough for an office party and the Hot Chocolate - shoot, you can drink all you want while you cozy up with a good book. It’s allright to drink alone, afterall, you did just drop $100 at the mall. Peppermint Patty Shot

1 part Kahlua

1 part Peppermint Schnappes

1 part cream
In a martini mixer, combine all ingredients. Add ice and shake well, then pour and serve in a shot glass.

Peppermint Patty Cocktail

1 part Peppermint Schnappes

6 parts Hot Chocolate

In a large snifter, add Hot Chocolate to the Peppermint Schnappes. Top with whipped cream and a cherry to serve.

The advantage to these drinks is that they are relatively easy and cheep, so can be served in large quantities at get-togethers. Also, the alcohol content in the Hot Chocolate is relatively low, which means that guests can drink all night.
