We thought that we would enlighten you as to the most appetizing seafood that people are eating across the world. Why serve up BBQ at your next shindig when you can delight in some of these appealing dishes?

Oven dried and salted, cuttlefish legs are a healthy alternative to those greasy, fattening potato chip that you wanted to serve up.

Do not be fooled, these are not sugary candies shaped like crabs. They are actual miniature crabs that have been roasted and covered with sugar. Pour them into a glass bowl, next to a hula girl and your guests will be able to snack on these incredibly crunchy treats.

If you are lacking entertainment at your festivities, these little guys should fix that. These shrimp are eaten alive. Let them swim in a bowl of sweet alcohol first, they get a bit feisty, so wait until they pass out and then pop them into your mouth. If they wake up before you bite down, brace yourself for a fight.

It is illegal to keep Snake heads as pets in thirteen U.S. states because of their top-level predator status and their overly aggressive nature. However, feel free to use them as a spread over your triscuits.

This is your entree. Find enough baby octopus to satisfy the cravings of your party goers and then dunk them in rice wine. The babies are not aggressive, but you do not want a tentacle getting stuck to your esophagus on the way down.

As a side, these baby shrimp are squirmy, a bit slimy and not at all drunk like their parents. They might scream as they approach your gaping hole. “When you bite into them, they explode like a small flavor packet of creamy yumminess with a little salty flavor” says one consumer.

Squid Guts are quickly replacing salads in Manhattan. Home cure and ferment these bloodied ribbons and do not forget to sprinkle them with salt.

This sleeping shrimp is rolled in oats and sesame seeds. Both salty and sweet, this makes for a delicious dessert. Much like cake, granola shrimp goes well with ice cream. Ice Line features seafood ice cream. Some flavors include: shrimp, cuttlefish, tuna and seaweeed mixed with fruit, nuts, mint, wasabi and wine. Pineapple Shrimp and Seaweed Mango are two popular choices.
