While you might think of technology as cold, these vids show it’s cool – and funny. They feature a cute dancing yellow robot named Keepon – who can really bust a move, an automated phone system with feelings, and a Carnegie Mellon University robotics grad – whose new book, How to Build a Robot Army, was just released. The vids star Daniel H. Wilson – author of a series of tech satires – battling with the RoboPhone and getting down with Keepon, the popular Peep-like dancing robot who also feels at home at Carnegie Mellon. Keepon is also used in research on social development and communication. Check out the videos: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yC0n3RahCE and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1H4JlJcIhc.
